Third Grade

It is so much fun to watch third graders read music and play recorders while under the accompaniment of Mrs. Agati playing the piano.

Grade 4 Persuasive Writing

During my walk through yesterday I saw students in Mrs. Visocchi's fourth grade classroom having a vocabulary lesson and working on persuasive writing. The students were creating posters to save an endangered species that featured persuasive writing.   I was very impressed by the student's research, fantastic writing and how the students writing with a sense of audience.

Reading Comprehension and Legos

Fourth graders used Lego's to construct scenes from a book they are currently reading. This is a creative way to show reading comprehension.

Grade 1 Science

First graders doing science experiments and recording observations as well as data.
