In fifth grade, Ms. Govoni and Mr. Kippenberger have incorporated ice-skating as part of the physical education curriculum. I would like to thank Ms. Govoni and Mr. Kippenberger for all their hard work. It was wonderful to see ice-skating instruction promote self-esteem. The self-esteem and confidence gained by students during this program is applicable to not just physical education but, all academic areas.
I greatly enjoyed skating with the fifth graders!
